Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Review & Reporting (50%)

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of business reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to automate manual reporting processes and enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support high-performing dashboards and data models.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Excel-based solutions, including advanced macros, to streamline reporting workflows.
  • Manage ad hoc data requests while maintaining recurring reports in line with SLA commitments.
  • Create and maintain impactful business review presentations by synthesizing insights and coordinating inputs across teams.
  • Track, manage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets to ensure prompt delivery and visibility of requests.
