• Manually update attributes of managed records to improve core data, contacting users for proof and updating provider affiliation information via Data Change requests.
• Manage Customer Data Change Requests.
• Ensure timeliness and alignment to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis and data extracts.
• Assure that new data elements are not duplications of existing core data elements.
