Associate Designer

The Associate Designer will be responsible for working and supporting the Head of Workplace in the delivery of corporate projects. He/she will manage the design implementation and delivery of new projects, working closely with clients. The role is expected to successfully deliver each project to specification, following cost and programme requirements with profit.

• Take responsibility for the development of design and project deliverables with input from the Head of Workplace for key project stages.
• Prepare and collate with the team conceptual designs, technical drawings, 3D models, presentations, mood boards, finishes, fixtures and other interior design documents.
• Conduct programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment.
