Dudley Council is seeking an experienced and commercially minded property leader to join its senior leadership team in a new, high-profile role supporting the borough’s improvement and regeneration agenda.
You will oversee the Council’s property portfolio and lead services spanning acquisitions, disposals, new-build development, capital projects, compliance, construction, disabled facilities grants and facilities management.
