 We’re supporting a growing building design consultancy in Birmingham that delivers sustainable MEP and multidisciplinary projects across the commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors. With a strong pipeline and continued project wins, they’re now looking to bring an  Associate Director   to head up the Mechanical sector.  
 The Role   
 Lead mechanical design across HVAC, plumbing, and public health  
 Coordinate with in‑house disciplines and external consultants  
 Support project delivery, attend client meetings, and guide junior engineers  
 Ensure designs meet UK regulations and sustainable design standards
