Job Description

The AssociateDirector – Payroll & Benefits is responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s payroll and benefits strategies on a global scale. This role will lead the Payroll and Benefits team across multiple jurisdictions as well as relationships with external providers. The Associate Director will also work closely with the Head of Reward on all payroll and benefits activities, and ensuring JTC remains an Employer of Choice through payroll and benefits initiatives.

Strategy and Team

  • Develop and deliver a Payroll and Benefits strategy that supports the Group’s goals and values and plays a key role in how JTC attracts and retains employees.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of the Payroll and Benefits provision in line with the reward strategy.
  • Lead, coach, develop and motivate the Payroll and Benefits team members, lead monthly team meetings and mentor junior staff members.
