Associate Director - Cyber Security

Job Summary:

Dexian is hiring a highly experienced Associate Director/Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead Security Operations and drive enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. The role involves managing SOC operations, incident response, cloud security transformation, vulnerability management, compliance, and security governance across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SOC operations, incident response, and threat detection activities
• Act as the escalation point for critical security incidents and remediation
• Drive cloud security initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
• Design and optimize SIEM/SOAR solutions using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender
• Manage vulnerability management and security compliance programs
