Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Set and reinforce standards for a safe work environment.
+ Should be able to demonstrate expertise on Supplier management and positively influencing the Business Goals and Objectives.
+ Drive supplier transfer programs with customer team engagement and program management.
+ Review supplier proposals, assess manufacturing feasibility feedback, discuss with Engineering, and resolve the open issues.
+ Actively participate in the monthly buyer report out meeting to support planning and inventory Control managers, Buyer/Planners, and Quality Managers through the fast resolution of escalated / repetitive supplier delivery and quality issues, including root causes countermeasures (RCCM), and long-term effective corrective actions.
+ Monitor key performance indicators like RDSL and DPPM
