Job Summary
:The role reports to the Director, APAC HR Employee Partner and partners closely with business leaders across Pratt & Whitney sites in India. Serves as the primary HR leader responsible for employee relations, engagement and compliance.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, the HR Leader will partner with the business leaders to drive people’s strategies that strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee experience, and enable high-performing teams. Key areas of focus include leadership coaching, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, HR compliance, and the execution of strategic HR initiatives.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent, and Legal, the HR Leader will lead key HR programs, represent HR in leadership forums, and ensure the effective delivery of integrated HR solutions that support business objectives.
