Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product families.
- Define and achieve product requirements for projects.
- Ensure product safety remains a top priority at all times.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost and reliability, while meeting requirements from other organizations.
- Lead substantiation and validation activities required to meet type‑certification requirements.
- Ensure commitments, budget tracking and resource planning are met.
