Job Overview
The Strategic Sourcing Associate Director leads a team of Strategic Sourcing Managers and is responsible for all aspects of the commercial, risk mitigation and sourcing strategy for the commodities under his/her leadership. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site. Responsibilities
Partner with SCM execution/procurement teams and internal/external customers to align priorities and requirements. Develop and execute a one company (RTX, PW, and PWC) commodity strategy in consultation with supply chain counterparts. Develop and execute standard products sourcing strategy to limit risk and liability exposure. Manage supplier relationships and support proposal/bid, selection, and negotiation processes.
