Associate Director, Strategy & Corporate Development

We are looking for a driven and commercially‑mindful individual to join us as an Associate Director, Strategy & Corporate Development to support and execute the firm’s strategic growth initiatives across global markets.

This role sits at the core of Alta’s expansion strategy, with a focus on M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and market development. You will work closely with senior management to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and support key initiatives that drive the firm’s long‑term growth.

• M&A and Strategic Execution
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence across potential transactions
  • Assist in managing end‑to‑end deal processes from initial assessment through to execution
