Associate Director, Operations, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (FLAS)

Status: FT Admin Temp Contract

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Faculty/Department: Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences

Campus/Location: North and Lakeshore – hybrid; minimum four days on campus per week.

Minimum Starting Salary: $105,342 (based on qualifications and experience)

Duration of Need: August 2026 to October 2027

About the Associate Director, Operations (FLAS) Role

The Associate Director, Operations manages strategic implementation and oversight of faculty operations, including financial management, operational planning, human resources, procurement, inventory, logistics, health and safety, and customer service.
