The position is responsible for supporting the Financing Group, Global Banking in Asia Pacific. Primary activities of Financing Group include corporate lending, acquisition / leveraged finance, fund finance, infrastructure / project finance, real estate finance, asset finance, debt capital markets (DCM), securitization and other financing solutions. Primary functions of Financing Group include origination, execution, structuring, documentation, cash flow modelling / financial analysis, negotiation and closing of financing transactions and ongoing management of the existing loan portfolio. Candidate will collaborate with other teams / departments in origination / relationship coverage, syndication / distribution, management of middle-office, legal, and market / credit risk.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior colleagues and internal stakeholders to promote and develop Santander’s Financing Group in the Asia Pacific region.
