To support the HR Director in managing the HR relationships and activities within the Affiliates of Spain and Portugal. To support and add value to the business in pursuit of their objectives and the overall Business goals as Affiliates of Excellence. To contribute to create and implement HR plans at local level that drive optimal business performance and ensure these are in line with HR polices and standards.

Employee Support and internal communication

Acts as a point of contact for all HR related questions and queries from employees on operational aspects (if not addressable to the Shared Services) and actions or directs them as necessary. Provides tactical support to the management on all HR related topics. Responsible for internal communication flow on HR matters; informs and advises (proactively and on request) employees on HR and organizational topics.
