**Summary**
The Associate, Information Security should be able to learn and begin to administratively configure and manage key security solutions. The incumbent will also learn to support in the management of an enterprise-sized solution base of more than 15,000 endpoints. They will also develop the skills to provide 2nd level security solution support.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Understand and assist with the definition and development of systems plans, models and solutions.
+ Assist with the preparation of test data and test methodologies.
+ Provide up to tier-two SME escalation support to the Service Desk for security related issues
+ Partner with Analysts and Specialists to laisse with end users and other I.T departments.
