Overview
As an Associate Instructional Designer you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to support business needs. You’ll be partnering with stakeholders to assess needs, review content, and track progress to learning objectives, and manage training programs from start to finish. Additionally, you’ll collect assessment data to refine programs and perform ongoing updates to existing material. 
 Responsibilities 
Perform training needs assessments to understand what learners need to know or do differently and identify any gaps in current training or knowledge
Define clear instructional goals and objectives based on the assessment of needs
Develop course outlines, storyboards, scripts, or other materials to guide the creation of learning content
