Provide legal guidance on intellectual property matters, including licensing and compliance.
Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to address regulatory and compliance matters.
Assist with due diligence for M&A and other corporate transactions.
Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP and technology laws.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legal regulations.
