Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Collaborate with GBS to ensure accurate reporting of management accounts, timely and in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements. In collaboration with the COE systems team validate data in financial systems for accuracy and compliance. Support markets / areas / regional FBPs to analyse variances between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing insights and recommendations, which includes detailed review and analysis of OPEX and headcounts. Support markets / areas / regional FBPs through conducting monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses – provide key highlights on costs, headcounts tracking and cost efficiency analysis.
