**Customer Support Associate Manager**
The Customer Support Associate Manager oversees a team to provide guidance and resolution to customer issues while ensuring adherence to guidelines and company policies.
The role focuses on workload distribution, training, and continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
