Responsibilities
- In charge of equipment setup and assembly. Depending on the equipment, it can include vision, AOI, tape and reel machines, electrical and mechanical components.
- Take charge of machine / module alignment, vision alignment and calibrate machine checkout including electrical and mechanical assembly issues.
- On site support occasionally, both locally and overseas with ability to perform troubleshooting.
- Manage kit assembly, testing and certification.
- Manage stock inventory level.
- Duty for part-purchasing and collection.
- Liaise with subcontractors where necessary
- Diploma in Engineering, NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 1 3 years relevant experience.
- Work experience in automation, mechanical and electrical environments in the semiconductor industry will be valuable.
