1-At Associate level, experience in doing diligences (mandatory), first drafts of transaction documents.
2-Experience in running end to end M&A/PE transactions/deals including working on complex transactional documents.
3-Specializing in strategic M&A / PE/ Gen. Corporate transactional / advisory work
Key Skills
1. Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
2. Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
3. Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
4. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all clients (internal and external).
