Associate Network Engineer (1 year contract)

Job Description This role will be based at client site. Associate Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining mission-critical Wireless network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, incident response, preventive maintenance, implementation activities, vendor coordination, and support for large-scale wireless environments operating in a 24/7 environment. Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of wireless infrastructure including Cisco Wireless solutions, Aruba solutions, switches, firewalls, captive portals, and authentication systems. Perform troubleshooting for Wireless connectivity issues, DNS, DHCP, captive portal access, OTP login issues, VLAN routing, authentication failures, and internet access problems.
