Associate Onboarding - Mexico Learning Operations / Logistics Facilitation
Supports or manages day to day learning program and/or process requirements.
Collects learning data regarding the programs they support, analyzes the data and provides recommendations that guide direction for learning process improvement.
Delivers on recommended courses (i.e. new hire) and ensures documentation remains current.
May lead targeted training for new skills sets and refresher classes.
Assists with other learning needs to include compliance and other specialty projects.
Provides customer service to various internal clients regarding learning programs through client conversations and in partnership with other learning professionals on the team.
