Job Description

To provide executive search, selection and talent management solutions for organisations needing to recruit senior executive roles either as functional heads, senior market and technical specialists or overall general management. Key to this is the need to originate new business and to cultivate existing client and candidate relationships leading to the delivery of significant individual recruitment fees at or above the targets set for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibility is to generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.
