Job Description

Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities across multiple HR areas for a small sized or junior employee population. Works in a fairly clear and defined internal environment of low complexity and is involved in common tactical local HR issues and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the tier 1 support for HR transactional and advisory queries, providing guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs in line with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and other personnel data.
