Job Description

Responsibilities

Work with the client team to schedule meetings with the clients, prepare the meeting agenda, attend meetings, and record the meetings.

Assist with the delivery of a portfolio report to the clients, updating KYC information and coordinating with the clients.

Updating Salesforce for client changes and meeting action items.

Salesforce administration for client data changes (accounts, changes in recurring cash requirements, addresses, etc.) for all team client relationships.

Provide follow up communication with the clients and the team members about the status of outstanding actions.

Participating, when requested, in new client account onboarding. This is onboarding for new clients, not onboarding for new accounts with existing clients. This could include assistance with communications with the client, securities transfers, etc., if requested.
