About the role

As a new Process Manager, you’ll join the Process Manager Development Program (PMDP), which takes place over your first year with us and involves hands‑on training, implementing Lean/Green Belt methodologies across two projects and presenting your work to senior leaders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage improvement of business processes by defining and implementing process improvement agendas, driving efficiencies, and using data to create better experiences for our customers.
  • Leverage your process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to measurably improve outcomes by helping to launch exciting projects such as new product, digital features, automation and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with various departments (such as our agile software studio and our data scientist team) to develop and execute effective and efficient processes.
