SALARY: SG-20 Php66,052.00 PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- (25%) Delivers competency-based training:
- Preparing training sessions
- Conducting pre‑assessment of trainees
- Facilitating training sessions
- Conducting competency assessment
- Reviewing delivery of training session
- (15%) Observes safety precautions following occupational safety and health standards, conducts career counseling session, plans and organizes work, leads learning workplace communication, solves training‑related problems
