Elevate healthcare programs as an Associate Program Manager at our Mississauga location. You will oversee the Patient Support Program and lead a dedicated team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
In this full-time role, you will report to the Program Manager, responsible for planning, implementation, and management of daily activities. By fostering team training, monitoring KPIs, and addressing escalations, you'll drive the successful execution of patient coordination and reimbursement services.
Key Responsibilities:
