Project Leadership & Management

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the execution of MEP projects and MEP facilities maintenance projects.
  • Lead and oversee Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
  • Establish project execution plans, resource strategies, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, operations, commercial, and administrative teams.
  • Drive project performance to achieve delivery, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
  • Oversee project scheduling, work sequencing, resource planning, and manpower deployment.
  • Ensure engineering and construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
