Project Leadership & Management
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the execution of MEP projects and MEP facilities maintenance projects.
- Lead and oversee Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
- Establish project execution plans, resource strategies, and operational priorities.
- Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, operations, commercial, and administrative teams.
- Drive project performance to achieve delivery, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
- Oversee project scheduling, work sequencing, resource planning, and manpower deployment.
- Ensure engineering and construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and progress against contractual programmes.
