The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in delivering a range of private sector construction projects across Bristol and the wider South West. Projects include commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial developments, providing full cost management and project management services from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is a senior, client-facing quantity surveying job in Bristol with responsibility for both delivery and business growth.

Duties will include:
Delivering high-quality cost consultancy and quantity surveying services to private sector clients

Leading projects independently and acting as the primary client contact

Networking and business development to grow a local client and professional contact base
