Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner and retention champion for Revenue leadership, driving successful revenue results by effectively managing the end-to-end renewal process across D&R and RVS product portfolios.
- Utilize meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate contract generation, billing coordination, and timely processing of renewals, obtaining necessary approvals from internal stakeholders (Legal, Product, Solutions Engineering).
- Proactively identify and escalation potential risks or concerns in the renewal process, developing solutions and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely completion and accurate revenue forecasts in Salesforce.
- Promote the adoption of enablement tools and advise frontline teams on effective retention strategies, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and fostering global collaboration across diverse clients.
