Job Description

                Associate/ SA, Operations Transformation & GenAI Support, CBWMO, Group COO-(WD81756)Role Purpose
Support the end‑to‑end implementation, enablement, and post‑go‑live performance of operations transformation and GenAI initiatives. The role ensures initiatives are implemented effectively, adopted smoothly, and sustained after go‑live through structured delivery support, continuous improvement, and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Operational Support
Support delivery teams with tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions across transformation initiatives.
Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, and Change teams to support implementation readiness and follow‑ups.
Prepare concise status updates, trackers, and management reporting.
