Associate
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (preferred)
- Experience as a Revit Architect (preferred)
- Experience as a Lead Designer
- Project Management experience as a Lead
- Contracts Administration experience
- Experience with Technical Documentation & Authority Submission
- Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Assist Senior Associate or Director in delegation of job assignments
- Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
- Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
