Job Description

Job Functions:

• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical documentation, customer requirement

gathering, RFP/RFI responses, product demonstrations, POC execution, implementation planning, and

coordination with clients, principals, and internal teams to identify business opportunities.

• Support post-sales implementation activities including project planning, solution installation and

configuration, user training, technical support, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to

ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.



Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses.

• Preferably with at least 1–3 years of experience in technical support, systems implementation, pre-sales

engineering, or related IT roles.
