Duties And Responsibilities

The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of Infomax Systems Solutions & Services, Inc. by assisting in the design, documentation, implementation, and support of technical solutions that address customer business requirements. The Associate Solutions Architect supports the Solutions Architect team in solution design, system analysis, proof‑of‑concept activities, project implementation, and post‑sales technical support for simple to medium projects. The role also assists in ensuring that implemented solutions meet customer requirements and service expectations.

Pre-sales

• Assist in building technical solution architecture and documentation for simple projects.
• Support Sales Personnel in gathering and documenting customer requirements.
• Assist in responding to customer Technical/Compliance RFPs and RFIs.
• Participate in product and solution demonstrations to prospects.
