Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Platform & Menu Management: Execute price updates, store timings, delivery radius configurations & menu optimization across platforms
  • Campaign Management (If required): Activate promotions and rigorously test/double-check them to ensure zero technical glitches
  • Cancellation Checkup: Monitor order cancellations alongside, investigate root causes and conduct necessary follow- ups to minimize revenue loss
Qualifications
  • Expereince : 1-3 years of expereince in Account Management across e-Commerce, Q-commerce, Food delivery applications or F&B Retailers
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy, crucial for managing live pricing, promos and store settings without errors
  • Technical Adapatibility : Quick to learn back-end dashboards, content management systems, abd basic data tracking (Excel)
