Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support:Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system access setup.Serve as a point of contact for new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HR systems.Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements by managing documentation and reporting.
Associate Engagement:Assist in organizing and executing engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities.Act as a resource for associates, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
