Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out daily tasks as assigned by management to support the engineering team.
- Perform upgrades to software and hardware as required.
- Install coax, Ethernet, and fiber optics cabling.
- Build equipment racks and install devices, following rack elevation and wiring diagrams.
- Work according to priorities set by management and project leads.
- Assist with lab moves, as well as cleaning and organizational activities.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency in working with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Ability to follow instructions and utilize published documentation.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Exhibits strong customer service skills and effective time management.
