Associate Support Specialist

This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formerly Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel‑Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Summary

The Associate Support Specialist manages the delivery of services to global clients to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. This role provides day-to-day client advice and support for Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) needs, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The position involves handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
