You will act as a talent partner, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean/X-Ray) to identify top talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate thrives on volume, works collaboratively within a team, and has a strong background in financial services or corporate hiring. 


Key Responsibilities and Duties  
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation. 
High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques to maintain a robust pipeline.
