What you’ll do

As an Associate User Assistance Developer, you'll contribute to the development of the Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and tools used to build business software with ABAP.

After a comprehensive onboarding, you will:

  • Create and maintain user assistance artifacts, such as online documentation and user guides

  • Work with state-of-the art authoring tools like DITA CMS

  • Help our users to benefit from generative AI capabilities in our ABAP tooling—transforming how business applications are developed

  • Tailor our product documentation and rollout material to our target audience of mainly ABAP developers
