The Associate Youth Pastor will provide leadership for all WFMC youth ministries (Grades 612). As the youth ministry develops and grows, this pastor will also contribute in other areas aligned with their gifts and strengths, such as musical worship, young adults or outreach and evangelism. The Associate Youth Pastor will report to and collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor, working together to advance the vision of WFMC.
