New Product Training and Feedback
Mentoring and career path guidance to dealer staff, Motivating and creating a Teambuilding spirit
Ensuring required Manpower Availability and Product + behavioural Training certification and ensuring customer delight, dealership viability, andprofitability.
On Job Training to handhold weak and low- performing dealers
Work and train dealer manpower on digital platforms and develop conduct as and when required.
