Job Description

To Assist the Complex Food and Beverage Manager with running of all Restaurants, Bars, Room serviceand the Salon Prive.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related to F&B will be an added advantage
  • 2- 4years' experience in the F&B division
  • 5 years or more experience in 4 to 5 start experience will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Fidelio F&B and Fidelio Sales & Catering knowledge will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilites

  • Assist in the managing of the F&B Operation which includes Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Room Service and Salon Prive.
  • Closely work with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F&B Control, Kitchen and Finance, in ensuring that all persons are effectively communicated to at all times.
