Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an ability to Plan and control all activities relating to daily scheduling of work, operation needs, and supervision of sub-contractors, technicians and apprentice as well as providing technical training to technicians and apprentice. In addition, to prepare quotation and attend meetings with clients and consultants.
Responsibilities- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Conduct, recommendation and implementation of employee retention strategies.
- Serve as the technical expert for detailed design and aspects of the project and maintain technical vision & roadmap.
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of reports on Risk Assessment / Margin of Safety / Standard Operating Procedure.
