Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information on training programmes, schedules, and company services

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, escalating where necessary

  • Assist customers with accessing online platforms and provide basic technical support

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on the CRM system
