Description
The Atlassian SME is a systems architect position that will be working with a high-end Digital Engineering Solutions technical team. The Atlassian SME will draw on their experience as an engineer to help the team configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to provide customized, unique solutions for our Space Systems Command customer. This position will be responsible for building custom Jira workflows and custom Confluence dashboards to capture and display data. You will work with the customer to elicit requirements and workflows and turn those into automated and semi-automated processes in Jira. You will use Jira Service Management to manage workflows and asset management.
The Atlassian SME must have an expert understanding of Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You should be a skilled user of the Microsoft Office suite with special focus on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. In this position you will work close...
